Testimonials

My wife had joined Karate America's cardio kickboxing class the first of January a year ago after asking a friend who had been taking karate classes and kickboxing twice a week why she looked so good. My wife had always had back problems and she saw a chiropractor monthly for years. Now she doesn't need chiropractic care all all, and feels stronger than ever. When I saw how she had made the leap to change her life and body, and will a little gilt from her, I stopped in to give it a try. The Plumer's were great! "Just work at your own pace and don't hurt yourself" was Mrs. Plumer's only advice. I was surprised how fast the class went and before you knew it the 45 minute class was over. The fellow kickboxers are always ready to cheer you on when you think you just can't do one more stomach crunch or leg squat. The hardest part is starting. I may be getting older but I don't plan on getting there without a fight! Dan
