I just wanted to send you a note and say "YOUR BUSINESS IS AWESOME!" I have been fighting my weight loss "issues" my whole like and don't exactly enjoy working out with my DVD player. My hairstylist mentioned your free cardio week and my mom and I thought :what the heck, We'll give it a try!" We went to the Sauk location and LOVED IT, every sweaty moment of it! My mom has a bad back and has even had nerves cut to help with the pain, she was nervous about doing this type of workout, but she took it at her own pace and came back for more!
