Our fall tournament is coming up fast! Just three short weeks until the fall tournament season kickoff. Sunday, September 12th at the High School in DeForest. Registration begins at 8:30am followed by weapons. Remember, this is am APMA sanctioned event! For information on joining APMA, please contact Mrs. Deb Harris at Harris Karate in Green Bay, however you do not need to be an APMA member to compete. We have mailed out all of the information packets requested so far on our upcoming Bill Wallace seminar! If you are interested in attending and have not gotten back to us, just get us your name and address and we’ll be happy to drop one in the mail. Space is limited so please do not delay.

If you haven’t already noticed, the Poynette schedule has changed. Classes are now held Monday and Thursday evenings. You can check out the new schedule on our website.

Just a reminder that registration for our students for our fall “Superfoot” seminar will begin on July 1st. As of August 1st we will be inviting a few other schools to participate, so space will fill up fast after that date. We are VERY excited to have a living legend coming to work with us, you won’t want to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity!

This fall we have two exciting events coming your way! Sunday, September 12th is our fall Capitol City Open Karate Championships in DeForest.  Saturday, October 2nd, Grandmaster Bill “Superfoot” Wallace will be here for a sparring technique seminar! There will be a morning kids seminar followed by a teen/adult seminar in the afternoon. This event will be held at the Middle school in DeForest and space is limited. Registration will open August 1st. Please call 608-592-4800 for more information.

This program provides the same benefits of our kids and teen/adult program but allows you the opportunity to take class with your child. Spend some quality time together while enjoying the benefits of setting goals together, getting fit together and learning to defend yourself!
